Weekend Recap

It's Monday and we are two weeks from Christmas!  I can't believe it.  We had a busy weekend for the boys feeling under the weather.  

We had forgot his favorite hat at daycare so Friday morning he put on his Daddy's hat.  The snow and sleet started that afternoon and I left work a little early and this is what my car looked like.  

 By the time we got home on Friday night both boys felt pretty crummy.  We had to cancel our Christmas party for Saturday morning.  We had breakfast for dinner and we were all in bed by 8pm on Friday.

Saturday was all about movies and pajamas for us.  We did our best to feel better and relax.

We did color and make Christmas cookies though.  

Sunday morning we were feeling better.  We loaded up for church and someone was so happy to see one of his friends from school at church.  

He also started his drum practicing at church before practicing more at home.  Greg stayed at church for rehearsal for their concert on Sunday so I had a date with my favorite little buddy.  I asked him what he wanted for lunch and he said salsa and dip.  You got it dude.

We made a quick stop at Target before heading back home.  

He had to make sure he practiced the drums for the concert that night.

I love this shirt that I found on Etsy for him.  He was ready for the concert.

We loved listening to Daddy, Uncle Josh, Chad and the rest of the band.

He thought he was hot stuff being on stage with Daddy and Uncle Josh.  

We ended our fun night with burgers from Sonic because we were so hungry.
