Weekend Recap

It's Monday and time for work after the weekend before a day off tomorrow.  Here is our fun weekend in a nutshell.
Friday night was taco night which turned into chimichanga night with chips & salsa.  Our favorite salsa to buy at home is Mateo's.  It is addicting.
After dinner we packed up to get blizzards at Dairy Queen, look at clearance patio furniture at Target and end our night at Sam's.  Well, the line at Dairy Queen was crazy long and they clearance patio furniture was a bust.
We opted for Frozen Yogurt at Sam's while shopping.  My boys make anything fun.

Saturday morning we were up early for swim lessons and Daddy stayed home to mow.  I was in the pool the whole time so no swim lesson pictures.  Carson did much better this week.
The water makes us hungry so it was off to Chick-fil-A to fix that problem before haircut time.

Carson has had 4 haircuts and he does great every time.  We tried a new place this time and we loved Miss Marlee.  After our haircut we went home to chill before church that night.
After church we went to Taco Bell like normal.  We had missed the last two Saturdays so it had been several weeks since Taco Bell.  How sad for Carson.
We also watched our little baseball prodigy in action at Taco Bell.  He kept throwing his taco wrappers across the room.  I think he has a cannon for an arm and we think he may show some signs of being a leftie.  Time will tell.
We opted for biscuits and gravy for breakfast on Sunday before church.   I made some Red, White & Blue Rice Krispies for our small group too.
After church, we picked up chicken tenders and potato wedges from Publix for lunch at Grammy & Pappy's.  Yummy.

Carson stayed to play while Mommy & Daddy went on a Sunday afternoon date.
Bowling goes by really quick when it is just two people.  We ended our date with dinner at Texas Roadhouse before picking up the buddy.
We came home and finished up a few little projects including some new under cabinet lights before ending our weekend with some Sunday Night Baseball.
Happy Monday friends!  See you Wednesday and have a Happy 4th of July.
