Weekend Recap

Happy Monday everyone!  We had a great weekend and I for one am very excited about my 3 day work week.  

Friday night we chilled at home and loved it.  We made chicken spaghetti for dinner then had a family movie night.  I think someone enjoyed his popcorn and The Lego Movie.

We put the buddy to bed and tried to watch some basketball but man we were tired too.  

Saturday was our anniversary and we opted for a family breakfast out.

Yummy yummy!  We left breakfast and headed to get an oil change.

Someone had way too much fun at Jiffy Lube.  We then went to Cars & Coffee at our church.

We didn't last too long, it was chilly and someone wanted to run all over.

Apparently his morning was exhausting.  

We took Carson to his grandparents and we headed off to our anniversary dinner.

They even had a card for us.  So sweet.  We loved our dinner and as we were driving home it started snowing.  So crazy.

Sunday we had a meeting after church so it was a little late when we got home and someone couldn't hang.

He tried so hard.  Eventually he was back to his crazy self.  He wanted to play with his puzzles and all of the Easter eggs.

I chose to make cookies.

We ended the night watching Duke lose in the Elite Eight game.  We were sad.  

We had a great weekend and are excited for this weekend.  Easter is going to be busy but wonderful.  If you don't have a place to celebrate, come join us.
