Labor Day Weekend: Rocky Top Style

We spent our Labor Day Weekend in Tennessee with my family and we had a blast.  We left our house at 5am on Friday morning and started our 8 hour drive.

We rocked our new fall pajamas because it was the 1st day of September and that is the first day of fall in Mommy's opinion.  

8 hour drives are rough apparently.  We stopped for lunch at Chipotle and then finished our drive.  

Hello Tennessee!

We got to my grandparents house about 1:30.  

We checked to make sure we looked good in the jetski before taking it out on the water.  

 We washed our hands about 1,000 times on this trip and played with all of the dogs.  We love little Clyde.  He's so sweet.

We were ready for bed on night one.  We tried laying his sleeping bag on a pool float to give him some more cushion but he kept rolling off.  The rest of the weekend we just laid him on the sleeping bag.  

Saturday was dove hunt day.  Someone liked going for rides and seeing what everyone was doing.  Daddy had a blast dove hunting.  

Once the hunt began, we went into town and got a quick lunch before going shopping for a fishing pole for the buddy. He picked out a BB8 fishing pole.  We love Star Wars in our house.

We tried on our new Elmo pajamas and slippers from Grandpa and headed to bed.

We spent Sunday and Monday on the water.  We had a 2 deck pontoon boat with a slide.  It was a blast.  We floated, splashed and road the jetski til our heart was content.

We even got to drive the boat with Uncle Jeff while shooting our water guns.

We came back and had a long chat with Aunt Katy before going to see Mema and Pa again.  

We met more puppies at Mema and Pa's house.  So much fun!

We loaded up early morning on Tuesday and headed home.  We were exhausted after a fun weekend.  We came home and unloaded our car.  Carson and Daddy dropped me off at the grocery store while they went to clean up my car.  Now we can finish off our week.
